Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our Healthcare Account based in Mactan, Cebu. The role involves assisting customers with healthcare-related concerns while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries and concerns
• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and accounts
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining confidentiality
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system
• Meet quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications:
•
Must have at least 9 months international voice BPO experience
• Open to HS Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate (new curriculum)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite in Mactan, Cebu
• Must be available to start on May 25, 2026
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
