Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (Dutch-speaking) to join our BUX team based in Amsterdam

We're seeking individuals who can adapt to flexible working hours and are committed to assisting our growing customer base. In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients while also offering support in English to users across Europe.

What you will do

  • Building good relationships with our users and giving them the best possible experience
  • Answer customer chats, e-mails, and phone calls efficiently and with a high level of quality
  • Keep up to date with developments at BUX and our various product offerings
  • Helping new users onboard to the app, ensuring they have a smooth experience
  • Gathering and reporting user feedback to the business
  • You will work closely with all parts of the business to make sure you can solve the issues in the most efficient way possible
  • Translations and content creation to ensure our clients are well-informed
  • Spotting possibilities to improve our procedures and following through to get these implemented
  • Help maintain an accurate knowledge base within the support team

What you need to succeed

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential
  • Experience working in a customer-facing/support role
  • Interest in financial markets and investing
  • Exceptional communication skills to connect with our users
  • Quick learner and adept problem solver
  • Able to work independently but also willing to jump in and help your team as needed
  • Availability for a full-time role ( 40 hours/week)
