David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Croatian/Serbian-speaking Customer Support Representative for its technical support team in Budapest This is an excellent opportunity to join an international environment, receive comprehensive technical training and build a long-term career supporting innovative consumer technology products.

Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Work model: hybrid (after training phase)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical customer support via phone, email and chat for consumer devices

• Assist customers with software and hardware-related enquiries and basic troubleshooting

• Handle customer complaints and resolve product or campaign-related issues professionally

• Guide customers through device setup, features and functionality

• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when required

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems

• Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting productivity and quality targets

• Keep up to date with product knowledge and internal support procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent Croatian or Serbian (C1/C2), both written and spoken

• Good command of English (minimum B2)

• Serbian candidates must already hold a valid Hungarian residence and work permit

• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage

• Interest in technology and willingness to learn technical products quickly

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems

• Customer-focused with a professional and solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
