
We are looking for onshore Remote Customer Support Representatives with at least two years of Call Center Experience and the ability to handle 80 to 100+ calls per day to serve on a team supporting the State of Indiana. Ideal candidates are genuinely excited to helps clients. The Customer Support Representative will act as a liaison, provide services information, answer questions and resolve any emerging problems clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The successful candidate must also have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
