Bell Broussard Blade Repair Shop
Come join the Bell Broussard Blade repair team and help ensure the best-in-class service to our customers. In this position, you will provide support to Bell's Component Repair & manufacturing business by serving as a main point of contact for customers and Bell facilities worldwide. As a Customer Support Representative you'll have the opportunity to showcase and grow your customer service skills, leverage your abilities as a team player, and grow your career.
This position is 1st Shift (7:00AM-4:30PM). Monday through Friday on week 1 and Monday through Thursday on week 2 of our standard 9/80 schedule.
This position is onsite in Broussard, Louisianna.
What you’ll be doing as a Customer Service Representative:
·Provide customer support, including generating quotes and proposals, providing product support, order entry and customer order updates.
·Cultivate customer relationships by providing excellent customer support and communicating customer requirements to the rest of the organization.
·Monitor customer delivery dates and provide updates to customer, management and appropriate production personnel as required.
·Diplomatically resolve customer concerns.
·Monitor customer accounts and verify payment terms are met prior to order shipment.
·Work closely with logistics and global trade compliance team to ensure all necessary customer details for domestic and international shipments are accurate and complete.
·Generate and submit customer invoices.
·Ensure accuracy of Customer Database.
·Generate internal reports and customer account status reports.
·Maintain accurate records and customer files in compliance with governing agencies' requirements.
·Comply with the general upkeep and appearance of the facilities in area of responsibility.
·Promote safety including the safety of coworkers.
·Other duties assigned.
Skills You Bring to This Role:
·Strong communication/organizational skills.
·Proficient in Excel with the ability to create reports.
·Must possess the talent required to assist customers and market our products/services in a professional manner.
·Team and Safety driven individual.
·Ability to work with limited supervision.
What you need to be successful:
·High school diploma or GED.
·At least 2 years of customer support/order administrator experience or similar experience required.
·Background in aviation may be a plus.
·Experience with SAP or related systems may be a plus.
