Looking for a passionate on field person to deliver day to day advisory services to farmers at a globally recognized Agri-tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Own a set of farmers and their complete crop journey

• 
  Ensure farmers sow on time, grow right, and harvest successfully

• 
  Spot problems early and get them resolved fast

• 
  Stay in constant touch and drive farmer engagement

• 
  Work across teams to deliver real outcomes on the ground

• 
  Track and report farmer progress and results

Must-Haves

• 
  Bsc/Msc in Agriculture or Horticulture

• 
  Knowledge on horticulture/crop management

• 
  Good communicator

• 
  Comfortable with data management

  Go-getter attitude - Someone who delivers on what they say they will do and who will do everything needed to fulfil the need of the customer

• 
  Farmer centricity - someone who can easily make rapport with rural people

  Lacks basic understanding of horticulture or crop management
