About Your Future Role
Responsibilities:

  • Perform system monitoring through specified applications and tools
  • Raise incident reports, track ongoing issues, and provide accurate and up to date information to relevant teams
  • Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
  • Follow established procedures, with the ability to deviate when necessary, while requiring only general supervision
  • Handle customer service inquiries and issues via telephone or email
  • Receive and respond to customer service inquiries via mail, fax, or email (if applicable)
  • Work in 24/7 rotational shifts

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of banking & association rules and regulations
  • Fluent in English (Macedonian or Albanian is advantage)
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft tools
  • Ability to read, write, type, complete basic arithmetic and multitask
  • Customer service and research skills required
  • Verbal Communication and Phone Skills
