Job Description

Expected to engage to win qualified leads and pitch to sell the e-commerce platform solutions to acquire merchants. Upselling to the acquired merchants is also expected for contributing to revenue aims. Candidates must have strong proficiency in using mailers, and sales CRM, and be comfortable interacting via virtual modes like e-mail, chats, and video calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales experience in a technology/SaaS environment. E-commerce solution sales experience is preferred.
  • Consultative and solution-oriented mindset. Understanding the customer's pain points and requirements and matching the company's products and services to them.
  • A passion for talking to people, curiosity to assess their unique business needs, and a drive to help them grow Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation.
  • Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of potential new customers.
  • Resolve complaints by coordinating with the respective internal team.
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly performance goals.
  • Conduct effective online demos with prospects.
  • Manage customer queries on calls & email.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills, both spoken and written, coupled with good listening and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Ability to make focused efforts to close deals. The candidate should be strategy-driven with a research-based approach.
  • Sales development experience, preferably in a Startup or SaaS industry.
  • Savvy with CRM tools.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Skilled in sales methodologies.
