As a leading developer, manufacturer, and global supplier of scientific laboratory products for 100 years, Corning’s Life Sciences segment collaborates with researchers seeking new approaches to increase efficiencies, reduce costs and compress timelines in the drug discovery process. Using unique expertise in the fields of materials science, surface science, optics, biochemistry and biology, the segment provides innovative solutions that improve productivity and enable breakthrough discoveries.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
1.Sales order execution and follow up.
2.Process customer’s complaint and follow-up actions.
3.Deal with customer inquiries regarding delivery, pricing, product and inventory.
4.Coordinate with internal parties to improve on time delivery performance.
5. Coordinate with customer, commercial and finance on customer setup, AR collection, credit application, etc.
6.Optimize for work flow or process improvement.
7.Maintain all kinds of sales reports as per request.
8. Support communication and handling of sample request.
9.Support marketing promotion program if any.
10.Other duties assigned by the team
Education & Experience
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Major in Business Administration, Language or others.
3.Customer service related experience, high commercial sense.
