Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join a growing team in Makati. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with their concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

Requirements

• At least a high school graduate
• Must have at least 12 months of solid BPO experience
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
• Amenable to work fully on-site in Makati City
• Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP
