Job Description

NextShining is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Houston, TX.

In this role, you will assist customers with questions, requests, and general support while helping ensure every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. You will also work closely with internal team members to maintain accurate information, follow up on customer needs, and contribute to a smooth overall customer experience.
