We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Assistant based in Miami, Florida. This role provides day-to-day support to customers and internal stakeholders by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting routine issues, and ensuring timely resolution. The ideal candidate is organised, communicative, and comfortable working in a busy, service-oriented environment.
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in a courteous and timely manner.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM and internal systems.
Triage and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams (recruitment, operations, payroll) and follow through to resolution.
Provide status updates to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and next steps.
Assist with order processing, appointment scheduling and basic account maintenance tasks.
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new placements as required.
Identify recurring issues and share insights with team leads to improve processes and documentation.
Contribute to knowledge-base articles, FAQs and standard operating procedures.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
1–3 years' experience in customer service, support or administrative roles (staffing or services experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish a strong advantage. French Creole is a plus.
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Customer-first mindset with a professional and patient demeanour.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Able to work on-site in Miami, Florida and maintain reliable attendance.
$20 an hour
