
This is a great opportunity for a Swedish-speaking professional with 12+ months’ experience in iGaming support (casino) and KYC, who enjoys handling a variety of tasks and learning new skills. As a Customer Support Agent for the Swedish Market, you will be the first point of contact for players, assisting with daily queries.
The role offers a salary of €25-28.5K, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming queries in Swedish and English via email and live chat
Provide accurate support and guidance on game functionalities, promotions, and technical issues
Assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
Perform KYC document checks
Work closely with AML and RG teams
Stay up-to-date with SGA regulatory compliance requirements
Requirements
Previous experience in iGaming support is a plus
Native or near-native Swedish, with excellent written communication
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Experience working with the SGA is a plus
Understanding of basic KYC procedures
Strong computer literacy
Customer-first mindset, responsible and reliable
Good communication and listening skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
About the role
Salary of €25-28.5K depending on experience
Rotating shifts across all days of the week (no night shifts)
