Join our Customer Support team to ensure the customer journey is efficient, friendly, and on brand at every touchpoint.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will join a team of 10 based at our Gothenburg office. Our ambition is to optimize the end‑to‑end customer journey and to be seen as proactive rather than reactive in everything we do.

These roles are 0‑hour (on‑call) positions, with an estimated start date in June and an end date in August

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this proactive and cross‑functional role, you will manage the end‑to‑end customer experience, with a strong focus on delivering excellent service and promoting self‑service solutions across our digital touchpoints.

Some insight into what you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Handle customer requests through our request management system (Zendesk) and other platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, WhatsApp, email, and live chat

  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all company products and services to provide accurate and relevant information

  • Proactively monitor order flows to ensure seamless delivery to customers

  • Provide insights and recommendations for product and service improvements to exceed customer expectations

  • Record reasons for contact, customer feedback, and requests, and share insights with relevant internal teams

  • Gather necessary information from customers, escalate issues to the appropriate departments, and follow up until resolution

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders

  • Use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor daily performance and continuously improve service quality

  • Support daily administrative tasks in line with established guidelines
