Role in a nutshell:

Due to the growing demand within our operational activity, we are currently looking for a Customer Support Agent - French Speaker to join on a full-time basis at our Lacias Panama Team.

Responsibilities:

-Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints

-Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions

-Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers

Qualifications:

2‍ + years of experience in chat customer support

Ability to handle cases with minimum escalation to managers

Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Salesforce or similar platforms

Ability to handle multiple tickets while maintaining accuracy

Comfortable working in a fast -paced environment and adapting to changes

Fluency in French and English is required
