Customer Support Agent
Be at the forefront of delivering exceptional software support and building strong client relationships. In this role, you'll take ownership of challenges, empower users through guidance and training, and play a key part in enhancing the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remote software support (phone, email, chat)
- Own and resolve client issues end-to-end
- Maintain high client satisfaction and strong relationships
- Provide basic client training on software usage
- Log and manage tickets for bugs and issues
- Assist in testing upcoming software updates
- Contribute to knowledge base and documentation
- Configure software modules for clients
- Participate in on-call support (after hours)

- Strong English communication skills (clear and concise)

- Eagerness to learn and grow continuously
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Maltese or additional languages
