WibitCs ๐Ÿš€ is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company ๐ŸŒ to recruit a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their growing team in Gdansk, Poland ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ.

You'll be supporting customers on a well-known global travel & accommodation platform ๐Ÿกโœˆ๏ธ, helping people every step of their journey โ€” from booking to check-out and beyond!

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ What You'll Be Doing

  • ๐Ÿ“ž๐Ÿ’ฌ๐Ÿ“ง Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email

  • ๐Ÿ  Assist customers with reservations, account topics, and service questions

  • ๐Ÿ”ง Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions using internal tools

  • ๐Ÿ“ Manage complaints and ensure timely resolution to quality standards

  • ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Keep accurate records and document all interactions in company systems

  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Communicate clearly and professionally in German and English

  • ๐Ÿ“‹ Follow internal procedures, client guidelines, and service quality standards

  • ๐ŸŽฏ Hit individual and team performance targets while keeping customers happy

โœ… What We're Looking For

  • ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช Fluent German (C1) and ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง English (B2), written & spoken

  • ๐Ÿ• Minimum 1 year of customer service or customer-facing experience

  • ๐Ÿ“ž๐Ÿ’ฌ๐Ÿ“ง Experience with phone, chat, and email support preferred

  • ๐Ÿ‘‚ Strong communication and active listening skills

  • ๐Ÿง  Customer-focused mindset with sharp problem-solving skills

  • ๐Ÿ˜Š Ability to handle complaints professionally and calmly

  • โŒจ๏ธ Good typing skills and attention to detail

  • ๐Ÿ’ป Comfortable using digital customer service tools/platforms

  • ๐ŸŒ™โ˜€๏ธ Open to rotational shifts, including weekends
