WibitCs ๐ is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company ๐ to recruit a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their growing team in Gdansk, Poland ๐ต๐ฑ.
You'll be supporting customers on a well-known global travel & accommodation platform ๐กโ๏ธ, helping people every step of their journey โ from booking to check-out and beyond!
๐๐ฌ๐ง Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
๐ Assist customers with reservations, account topics, and service questions
๐ง Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions using internal tools
๐ Manage complaints and ensure timely resolution to quality standards
๐๏ธ Keep accurate records and document all interactions in company systems
๐ฃ๏ธ Communicate clearly and professionally in German and English
๐ Follow internal procedures, client guidelines, and service quality standards
๐ฏ Hit individual and team performance targets while keeping customers happy
๐ฉ๐ช Fluent German (C1) and ๐ฌ๐ง English (B2), written & spoken
๐ Minimum 1 year of customer service or customer-facing experience
๐๐ฌ๐ง Experience with phone, chat, and email support preferred
๐ Strong communication and active listening skills
๐ง Customer-focused mindset with sharp problem-solving skills
๐ Ability to handle complaints professionally and calmly

๐ป Comfortable using digital customer service tools/platforms
