Working within our energetic Customer Success team, you’ll be the voice of Booksy, supporting our users via chat, calls, and emails from day one. You’ll build strong, empathetic relationships from the very first interaction, helping our community thrive by resolving technical issues and answering product queries efficiently.
If you’re a natural problem-solver who loves connecting with people and thrives in a dynamic environment, you'll have the autonomy to take ownership of each user's experience and find creative ways to streamline our support workflows.
Requirements
To ensure your success in this role, you will need…
- Proven, hands-on experience in providing excellent customer support across multiple channels (calls, emails, chat).
- Strong communication and persuasive skills, with a passion for relationship-building and active listening.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a high degree of adaptability and problem-solving capability.
- Comfort working with CRMs (experience with Salesforce is a fantastic plus).
- The ability to take ownership of your tasks and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Technical expertise and agility with tools such as Salesforce, Slack and Google Workspace.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish, as you will be the voice of Booksy and will work closely with our B2B clients in Spain. A High level of English will be a great asset for communicating with our global team.
