About the Role

PrimeBox is a fast-growing self-storage and logistics company in Dubai. We offer self-storage units, moving & packing, and business fulfilment services. As we scale, we're looking for a hands-on Customer Support Specialist to manage incoming inquiries, convert leads into customers, and support clients throughout the full service and payment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone.
• Consult customers on storage solutions, pricing, and available options.
• Process bookings, maintain customer information, and update CRM records.
• Coordinate pickups, transportation, and warehouse arrangements.
• Support customers throughout the storage process.
• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and proactive approach.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• UAE experience is a plus.
