Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for customer questions and issues

  • Troubleshoot problems, escalate when needed, and ensure customers have a great experience

  • Collaborate with product and engineering to surface recurring pain points and improve the platform

  • Help shape how we deliver world-class support as the company grows

Required:
College degree preferably in Economics or Finance or Business
