In this role, you will:
Be the first point of contact for customer questions and issues
Troubleshoot problems, escalate when needed, and ensure customers have a great experience
Collaborate with product and engineering to surface recurring pain points and improve the platform
Help shape how we deliver world-class support as the company grows
