Job Description

As a Customer Supply Manager, you will be at the heart of our organization's supply chain, responsible for orchestrating the efficient flow of goods and services. Your impact will be felt across the entire supply chain, from procurement to delivery, as you work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance our overall operational efficiency. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to our success and leave a lasting mark on our supply chain operations.

  • Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to optimize supply chain processes and ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, maintaining a safe and secure supply chain environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams, to drive supply chain excellence.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies, leveraging best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and innovation.

Must-Have:

  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have:

  • A master's degree in supply chain management or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic supply chain environment, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems and analytics platforms.
  • A certification in supply chain management, such as CSCP or CPIM, is an advantage.
