Scope
We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Customer Supply Chain Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end order fulfilment, working closely with customers, internal teams, and 3PL partners. You’ll play a key role in ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full, acting as the vital link between Commercial and Supply Chain functions. With a strong focus on performance, you’ll manage service metrics, resolve issues quickly, and keep stakeholders informed every step of the way—driving efficiency, improving service, and delivering a great customer experience.
Acting as the key link between Commercial/Customer teams and Supply Chain & Logistics, you will translate customer requirements into clear execution priorities across planning, warehousing, and transport operations. You will take ownership of day-to-day customer service performance, including OTIF, case fill, and order accuracy, while proactively managing any exceptions such as shortages, allocation challenges, booking issues, and transport delays.
You will ensure clear, timely communication with all stakeholders, coordinating order management and dispatch readiness, and supporting customer-specific requirements such as lead times, order windows, booking compliance, and labelling or pallet specifications. Maintaining accurate customer and order master data will also be key to ensuring smooth system execution.

Working Conditions
This role operates in a food manufacturing environment with regular time on the factory floor and exposure to noise, dust (grain), moving machinery, temperature variation, and manual handling activities. Flexibility is required to support shift teams, critical incidents, shutdowns, trials, and business needs.
