You'll work with a diverse customer base, from major retailers and wholesalers to high street outlets and food service operators, helping to deliver the service excellence that our brands are known for.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently through SAP to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to proactively resolve delivery and service challenges.
  • Identifying trends and recurring issues, supporting continuous improvement activities and corrective actions.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with customers to enhance their experience and strengthen partnerships.
  • Collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial teams to achieve service and operational goals.

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

It would be advantageous if you also have:

  • Experience using SAP, Salesforce or similar business systems.
  • Experience working within a supply chain, logistics or FMCG environment.

Most importantly, we're looking for people who bring energy, curiosity and a commitment to delivering great outcomes for our customers. In return, we'll provide the support, development and opportunities to help you build a rewarding career with CCEP.
