The CC Customer Supply Chain Leader (CSCL) is a key role within our supply chain team. This role focuses on managing and enhancing our customer relationships through efficient supply chain operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports and assists in executing strategies in team / organization.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
  • Focuses on specific tasks or segments within the supply chain with clearly defined and narrow objectives.
  • Collaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
  • Works under direct supervision, follows well-defined precedents and policies.

Job Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are a top talent, recent grad from any Engineering degree.
  • Up to 3 years of previous experience.
  • Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Strong leadership, innovation, and passion for winning.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Power BI..
  • Engages in learning opportunities and assists in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance.
