Introduction:
This 6-month traineeship offers hands-on experience in client success and business operations, where you will support Client Success Managers through data analysis, preparation of client-facing presentations, and drafting of project proposals. You will also contribute to client satisfaction and team efficiency by assisting with business reviews and maintaining process documentation.

In this Role, you’ll get to:
  • Conduct reporting and data analysis.
  • Preparation of presentation materials and client-facing collaterals. Responsible for process documentation within the CSM team.
  • Assist Customer Managers in developing project proposals.
  • Assist Client Success Managers in the preparation of business reviews, including but not limited to data analysis and client presentations.
  • Assist to document and brainstorm solutions related to clients' requirements.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
  • Graduated with a Bachelor Degree
  • No prior full-time working experience is required
  • Strong organizational and documentation ability.
  • Detail oriented with high accuracy in tracking and reporting.
  • Good analytical skills, proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work cross functionally.
  • Self-driven, proactive, structured; eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
