Your Career as a Post-sales Engineer Joining our Technical team you will be part of a high-performance team that focuses on cutting-edge technology solutions related to cybersecurity. As a Post Sales Engineer, you will have ample opportunities of getting exposed to the breadth of technologies like cloud-native application security, Devsecops, and other emerging areas of the cloud. That is why in a recent Forrest report Trend Micro is declared a leader for XDR. At Trend, the role of a Post Sales Engineer expands from being an evangelist to a cyber security consultant. As most enterprises are rushing to adopt cloud technologies and AI-ML-driven cyber security solutions, a Post Sales Engineer creates a very strong relationship with customers as a reliable advisor and technologist. As a Trend Micro product expert, you shall guide customers and prospects in the selection and deployment of Trend Micro Next-Gen security solutions. You shall take joint ownership with the Sales team in developing customer relationships, providing leadership in security architecture, and helping influence customers’ technical strategy with strong problem-solving skills. You will be the trusted advisor to customers by developing an understanding of customer needs, risks, tolerance and technology gaps, and implementation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct support to premium/key customers on technical issues.
• Account Management by providing technical updates, monthly/quarterly case reviews, threat assessment/advisories for pro-active protection, train customers on product & threat, provide notifications from corporate on enhancements/bug-fixes, customer relationship for account retention
• Maintain technical relationships with nominated customers
• Be a trusted threat advisor for nominated customers
• Act as the customer’s champion within Trend Micro
• Be available 24x7 to provide crisis support services to nominated customers
• Manage and progress technical support cases
• Provide assistance to nominated backup customers when other team members are absent
• Regularly meet with clients for the purpose of relationship building
• Participate in strategic account planning with the Trend Micro of the account team.
• Work closely with account managers to identify sales opportunities
• Conduct presentation to potential customers to drive growth in Premium Support Program enrolments.
• Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in implementation projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer/partner experience
• Perform Back pre-sales role as requires

• Most of the sales engineers actively participate in webinars, workshops, and other industry events as a speaker or panelists. Very good public speaking skills will be added advantage to the role

Our Ideal Candidate & Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional post sales experience

• Rich experience in delivering the highest quality postsales Support and Solution by bringing unique value to the table for customers
• Strong understanding and knowledge of SOC operations, security analytics capabilities, cloud architect understanding, cloud-native application security, SASE, CASB, Zero trust model will be a key advantage.
• Knowledge and understating of Microsoft O365, Azure, Google, AWS services will be added advantage.
• Exposure to security software solutions like Firewall, Content Security, Intrusion prevention, encryption, data leakage, data protection, and monitoring security will be added advantage
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English
• A strong interest in all aspects of cybersecurity and a passion for customer security
