What You’ll Do and Learn
Leading, coaching, training, and motivating your team.
Oversee day-to-day operations.
Ensure team objectives are successfully achieved.
Review, monitor progress, and provide feedback regarding employee performance.
Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings.

Compensation
Gross salary - 2000 - 2500 EUR/month and additional bonuses up to 500 EUR/month (gross) after 1 month (depending on team results).
