Job Description:

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Work Location & Travel Requirements:

Candidate must reside within 45 minutes of Traverse City, Michigan.

This is a hybrid position.

Candidate is expected to visit clients 3-4 days per week within the assigned territory.

Job Summary:

May lead projects/processes with moderate risk and/or complexity and may lead small teams. Prioritizes tasks within the team and collaborates with other team members to achieve business objectives. Provides guidance to team members with less experience or knowledge and serves as a resource for colleagues. Solves difficult and sometimes complex problems, using subject matter expertise to influence others and drive results. May coach and review the work of lower-level professionals. Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives, with work guided by team and departmental goal

Required Skills & Experience:

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• Sales experience with a minimum of 1 year of sales-related experience.
• Individual contributor experience with a demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve business objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
• Copilot AI acumen, including the ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, communication, and business outcomes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to influence others and build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or International Equivalent preferred.
