We are hiring a
Customer Success Specialist (Non-Voice – Mandarin Support)

to join a growing customer support team based in
Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

.


This role focuses exclusively on
email and live chat support

, delivering high-quality customer service while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat in a professional manner

  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies

  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality written communication

  • Meet performance targets and adhere to shift schedules

  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused approach in all interactions


Requirements


Requirements


  • Fluent in
    Mandarin (reading and writing)

    and able to communicate in
    English (minimum B2 level)

  • Strong written communication, typing, and comprehension skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively

  • Willingness to work
    rotational shifts

    , including weekends and public holidays

  • Must be able to work
    on-site in Petaling Jaya (Kelana Jaya area)

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory

  • Detail-oriented with a strong customer service mindset
