We are looking for a motivated and proactive Customer Success Specialist to support our growing customer base. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be a trusted partner to our customers at every stage of their journey with 8tree – from Pre-Sales, through Go-Live, Post-Sales, and Renewal stages. You’ll ensure our customers derive maximum value from our technology, feel supported, and are positioned for long-term success. You will work closely with our business development team and our applications engineering team to drive meaningful customer outcomes.
