As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of MundoAnimalia's mission to help responsible breeders thrive. You’ll build trusted relationships with breeders, support them in using our platform effectively, and ensure they have an excellent experience from listing their first ad to rehoming their puppies and kittens.
This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role within a fast-growing international group. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and operations teams to improve breeder engagement, strengthen loyalty, and drive marketplace growth across Spain.
Pet Media Group (PMG) is a fast-growing, profitable scale-up redefining an entire category of marketplaces to help pet lovers find their dream pet in a way that is both safe and transparent. With over 1 million pets rehomed every year across our marketplaces in the UK, USA, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Sweden, we are rapidly expanding.

👩💼 Customer Relationships & Support
Build and maintain strong relationships with professional breeders on MundoAnimalia.
Provide tailored guidance on how to list, promote, and manage ads effectively.
Proactively reach out via phone and email to ensure breeders’ satisfaction and success.
📈 Growth & Retention
Identify opportunities to improve breeder engagement and retention.
Collaborate with marketing to design and run outreach or education campaigns.
Use data and feedback to improve processes and communication.
💬 Community Engagement
Help strengthen the breeder community through trust-building and transparent communication.
Contribute to initiatives that elevate responsible breeding standards and platform reputation.
🤝 Team Collaboration
Work closely with PMG’s broader Customer Success and Operations teams across Europe.
Share insights from Italian breeders to improve tools, campaigns, and features across Pet Media Group marketplaces.
Experience in customer success, sales, or community management (marketplace or startup a plus).
Excellent communication skills—comfortable with direct phone outreach and empathetic problem-solving.
Data-driven mindset with ability to track and optimize engagement performance.
Fluent in Italian and comfortable working in English (Pet Media Group is an international group).
Hands-on attitude—someone who enjoys taking ownership, learning fast, and helping others succeed.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Customer.io, HubSpot, or similar.
Passion for animals or the pet industry.
Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth digital environment.
