Job Description

We are hiring a Marathi-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Penang, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, delivering excellent service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is a required
  • Proficiency in Marathi and English (spoken and written) is required.

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred.

  • Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Penang, Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer queries in Marathi and English via phone, chat, and email.

  • Assist customers with product or service-related questions, complaints, and technical issues.

  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner.

  • Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Meet performance targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
