DayOne builds and operates hyperscale data centers across nine markets in APAC and Europe. We raised US$4.5B in Series C funding and are in active build across the region. About the Role

You'll support the Customer Success Manager in delivering DayOne's client-facing services and projects. This will involve coordinating daily operations, tracking service performance, and keeping documentation audit-ready across a portfolio of hyperscale infrastructure projects. This is a structured, entry-to-early-career role with genuine exposure to how client relationships and project delivery work in a live data center environment.

Customer Engagement and Support

• Manage day-to-day customer communications, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and issues.
• Prepare customer-facing documentation and maintain accurate records to support the relationship the Customer Success Manager owns.

Service Delivery Monitoring

• Track service performance against SLAs and prepare regular reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep service operations running smoothly and resolve issues on time.

Project Coordination

• Support the Customer Success Manager on project schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Track project milestones, procurement activities, and flag risks early.

Compliance and Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Maintain organized records of service and project activity in line with audit and compliance requirements, including ITIL standards.
• Liaise with operations, network, IT services, and construction teams to keep tasks moving, and coordinate meetings and follow-ups across teams.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in the data center industry, MEP consultancy, or construction is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project exposure are welcome to apply.
• Working proficiency in English

Soft Skills

• Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders across different seniority levels.
• Keeps multiple workstreams organized and on track without needing reminders on deadlines.
• Picks up new processes quickly in an environment where standards are high and details matter.

Nice to Have

• A second regional language is a strong advantage for engaging clients across different markets.
• Exposure to ITIL frameworks or service delivery standards.
• Familiarity with SLA monitoring tools or client-facing reporting dashboards.
• Prior exposure to hyperscale or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
