Job Description


We are hiring a
Customer Success Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

to join a leading organisation within the
banking sector

based in
Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

.


In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a high standard of support via inbound calls and email channels.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner

  • Educate customers on digital banking services and self-service options

  • Conduct call-backs for transaction confirmations and request supporting documentation when required

  • Assess customer needs, identify issues, and provide appropriate solutions

  • Perform KYC-related tasks in line with internal procedures

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Deliver excellent customer experience and build strong customer relationships


Requirements


Requirements


  • Fluent in
    Mandarin and English

    (spoken and written)

  • Minimum education:
    SPM or above

  • At least
    1 year experience in a banking or financial services customer service role (essential)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a
    24/7 rotational shift environment

  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability

  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
