Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our Sales team. This role is responsible for growing an assigned portfolio of dealer accounts by increasing sales, driving Bid360 adoption, and strengthening customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who thrives on building partnerships, uncovering new opportunities, and achieving measurable growth.

Summary
The Customer Success Manager serves as the primary business partner for an assigned portfolio of dealer accounts, driving revenue growth, customer retention, product and software adoption. Working closely with the outside sales team, this role actively pursues new sales opportunities, follows up on company-generated leads, expands existing business through cross-selling and upselling, and ensures customers maximize the value of Organized Living's products, programs, and software platform.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of dealer accounts, achieving sales, retention, and growth objectives.
- Proactively generate sales through outbound customer engagement, account reviews, business development, and strategic account planning.
- Qualify, distribute, and aggressively follow up on company-generated leads and project opportunities, partnering with dealers to maximize engagement and convert opportunities into closed business.
- Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, builders, contractors, architects, general contractors, and other industry partners to increase dealer growth, product specifications, and Organized Living sales.
- Develop MultiFamily business opportunities by identifying projects, cultivating relationships with general contractors, and securing placement on invitation-to-bid (ITB) lists.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand customer participation across Organized Living's product lines, programs, and software platform.
- Partner with Territory Managers, Agency Representatives, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to execute growth strategies, support major opportunities, and expand market share.
- Conduct product demonstrations, virtual sales presentations, customer training, and business reviews to drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and ongoing education to maximize long-term customer success and software utilization.
- Monitor dealer lead performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with Organized Living's expectations for continued lead eligibility.
- Manage lead activity, sales pipelines, forecasts, project status, and customer communications within CRM and software platform, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow-up.
- Gather customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights to support business planning, product development, and continuous improvement.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, dealer performance, and revenue growth.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Five or more years of successful experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Business-to-Business sales.
- Demonstrated success growing existing accounts through relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Proven ability to prospect, manage sales opportunities, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Experience supporting builders, dealers, residential construction, building products, or home improvement industries is a plus.
