DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Business & Commercial Excellence Leadlocatedin Amersfoort, Netherlands.

The Business & Commercial Excellence Leadis responsible fordriving commercial effectiveness, enabling data-driven decision making, and enhancing execution across DPS Israel. The role ensures strong alignment between strategy, performance management, and fieldexecutionto drive revenue growthandimprove sales efficiency whileleveragingdata analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supportcommercial excellence agenda, including KPI frameworks and performancemanagement,and translate it into actionable/ operational plans for strategic optimization.

  • Support drivingsales force effectiveness (targeting, segmentation, incentive schemes)whileutilizingmarket intelligence and internal data toidentifygrowth opportunities

  • Focalpoint in Business Plan andensure accuracy,efficiencyand transparency

  • Develop and implementpricing,dashboards, analytics,BIand reporting tools

  • Identifyperformance gaps andhighlight/recommend management teamcorrective actionsincluding adoption of tools (such as CRM) to improve efficiency

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance toalignstrategy,prioritiesand execution

  • Support deployment of global and regional commercial initiatives locally

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, IndustrialEngineeringor related field

  • MBA – advantage

Experience

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Data Analyst, Sales Operations or Consulting

  • Experience in matrix, global organizations

  • Healthcare or MedTech experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Advancedproficiencyin Excel,BIand CRMtools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Monday)

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Strategic mindset with execution capability

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€64,000.00 - €103,040.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
