Customer Care Representative (internally called Customer Care Specialist)

Part-Time | 20-30 Hours Per Week | In-Person Position

Jupiter, FL

$18 - $21 per hour, plus bonus program

Entrusted is hiring an entry-level, Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners reaching out about water, fire, or mold damage. You'll set the tone for their entire experience with us, gathering the right information, setting clear expectations, and getting them scheduled with the right Damage Consultant quickly. This role keeps leads moving and helps turn first-time callers into long-term customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate warmly with customers, answering calls promptly
• Listen, gather information, and route each call to the right team member
• Create a strong first impression and set clear expectations about the services we provide
• Address customer questions or concerns to help secure a scheduled appointment
• Schedule the appropriate Damage Consultant based on location, availability, and lineup, resolving any scheduling conflicts that arise
• Communicate regularly with Damage Consultants and customers to relay updated arrival times
• Keep accurate records of pending items and follow up consistently
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that support the team and brand
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Teachable attitude and eager to keep learning
• Comfortable communicating clearly and persuasively, both written and verbal
• Genuine, service-minded approach to helping customers
• Able to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Sound judgment and good decision-making under pressure
• Builds rapport easily with a wide range of personalities
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or another client-facing, fast-paced role preferred, but not required
