About the Role 

The APAC Customer Success team partners with more than 140 customers across Australia, New Zealand and Asia to help them realise measurable value from their Asset Management Software investments. We work closely with customers to drive adoption, achieve business outcomes and build long-term trusted relationships.

As a Customer Success Representative, you will work alongside experienced Customer Success Managers to support customer engagement, product adoption and account success initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced customer-facing professional looking to build a career in Customer Success and progressively develop the skills and experience required to manage a portfolio of customers.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand business objectives, monitor account health, identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and contribute to customer retention and growth.

What you will be doing

Support Customer Success Managers in driving customer adoption, engagement and business outcomes across a portfolio of customers.
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and assist in delivering Success Plans, account reviews, health checks and business reviews.
Analyse customer data and usage insights to identify adoption trends, opportunities and potential risks.
Partner with Sales, Services, Product, Support and Marketing teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Assist with renewal preparation and identification of customer growth opportunities, including additional products and services where appropriate.
Document customer goals, priorities and desired business outcomes and help track progress against success plans.
Develop knowledge of the asset management industry, customer success best practices and our solutions to provide increasingly strategic support to customers.
Contribute to customer retention, satisfaction and advocacy through proactive engagement and ongoing relationship building.

What you need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
3-5 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, Professional Services, Consulting or another customer-facing role within a SaaS, technology or services organisation.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with an interest in using data and insights to support customer success.
Strong organisational, project management and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, collaborative and team-first approach to work.
Curiosity, willingness to learn and a genuine passion for helping customers achieve successful outcomes.

What makes you stand out

Experience working within a SaaS or technology-focused organisation.
Experience supporting customers in Local Government, Transport, Utilities, Education, Healthcare, Infrastructure or other asset-intensive industries.
Familiarity with Customer Success, CRM or analytics platforms such as Salesforce, ChurnZero, Power BI, Pendo, Jira, Clari or similar tools.
Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
Experience working with enterprise or strategic customers.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams to achieve customer outcomes.
Customer Success certification or relevant industry qualifications.
Passion for technology, sustainability, infrastructure and helping organisations improve how they manage critical assets.
