Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Customer Success Representative, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Ballerup.

We are looking for a customer-focused representative to strengthen loyalty, reduce churn, and maximize long-term customer value In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound interactions, combining service excellence with commercial awareness to create positive customer experiences while actively contributing to the cross-selling of relevant Nets Nexi products and solutions.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

  • Engage with customer inquiries across channels: Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve issues, strengthen relationships. Additionally, identify relevant opportunities to introduce additional Nets Nexi products and prevent churn through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships: Develop long-term connections by understanding customer needs, preferences, and feedback, and by executing targeted retention activities such as tailored offers, solutions, and loyalty actions.
  • Use insights to drive retention, value, and cross-selling: Leverage customer feedback and data to identify trends, improve retention strategies, proactively recommend complementary products, and spot cross-sell opportunities that align with customer needs and support revenue growth.
  • Solve problems and negotiate effectively: Tackle challenges with a solution-oriented approach, finding outcomes that benefit both the customer and the business.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaboration: Ensure CRM records are up to date, share insights and best practices with the team, and contribute to a high-performing, cross-skilled environment.
  • Track, achieve, and improve performance: Work towards defined targets in retention, customer satisfaction, and value generation while monitoring key metrics, call quality, and case outcomes to support continuous improvement.
  • Participate in continuous learning: Engage in training, team sessions, and quality initiatives to strengthen skills in retention, consultative selling, and cross-selling, and support ongoing development.

This is a dynamic role that combines customer service and commercial responsibility with an active focus on cross-selling. Daily work involves managing multiple customer interactions, balancing problem-solving with value creation, retention goals, and recommending relevant products that support customers’ payment needs.

The role offers valuable experience in customer success in the paytech industry and the chance to strengthen long-term customer relationships and drive sustainable revenue through consultative cross‑selling. You’ll build strong capabilities in customer success, negotiation, and value-based selling while working closely with real customer insights and metrics.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or retention roles, ideally within paytech, banking, e-commerce, or telco
  • Strong communication and listening skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy
  • Commercial awareness with confidence in identifying sales opportunities and handling negotiations
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
  • Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM systems and customer management tools
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to share best practices within a dynamic team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and campaigns
  • Fluent in English and Danish
