Our Barnstaple facility is located in North Devon. Founded in 1948, the site now employs approximately 160 employees and features the Aero Stanrew brand of electromagnetic components, printed-circuit board assemblies, cabinet wiring and electronic test equipment for safety critical applications in aerospace and defence, industrial and transportation industries.

and Responsibilities

At TT Electronics, Barnstaple, we're recruiting for a Customer Success Representative (CSR), responsible for establishing strong relationships and processes with our Customers from quotation to delivery.

As the CSR you'll provide first class levels of customer service to our Customers through varied communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person visits.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting our Customer Programme Managers by creating account packs: highlighting invoices, deliverables, and challenges.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve communications and processes both internally and externally.
  • Promptly and accurately completing all administration activities in line with internal processes and requirements.
  • Maintaining and managing all data through our internal ERP system (Epicor 9) and CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Proactively providing marketing information to Customers on TT Electronics' activity and new technology developments.
  • Up-selling our products and services to retain and grow nominated customer accounts.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

What we're looking for:

  • A highly customer focussed approach, with excellent technical knowledge (learning ability) and a keen eye for detail.
  • Account/Customer Relationship Management experience, or equivalent.
  • Experience achieving levels of service excellence.
  • Experience of dealing directly with customers to resolve queries or challenges.
  • Proficiency in data entry and a high level of competency with MS Excel, to support business reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in effective negotiation and influencing for win-win outcomes.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and deliver against deadlines.
  • The ability to use own initiative to respond to queries and problem solve independently.

The following will enhance your application but are not essential:

  • Experience operating in a technical manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the Aerospace industry, or another highly regulated environment.
  • Proactive change management experience.

Please be aware that many roles at TT Electronics are subject to both security and export control restrictions which means that limitations relating to nationality may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates must achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). TT Electronics is unable to sponsor work visas for this role.
