Job Description

About the Role

We need someone to run our customer success program from the ground up — onboarding, training, follow-through, and retention. Think of it like a project manager for the customer journey: you're not doing every task yourself, you're making sure the right things happen at the right time.

What You'll Do

  • Own the customer onboarding-to-retention workflow
  • Direct follow-ups and check-ins to catch and solve problems early
  • Coordinate across sales, accounting, and product as issues arise
  • Build the systems and processes as you go — this role isn't fully defined yet
  • Report progress and flag issues before they become bigger problems

Requirements

Who you are

  • 10-15 years of experience managing people or complex processes
  • A track record of taking on responsibility without needing close supervision
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and building structure where none exists
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • A career pattern that shows sustained interest in this type of work, rather than frequent shifts between unrelated roles

Benefits

We offer:

  • Open to candidates in Latin America or Europe
  • Salary: $2500–$3500 USD/month (based on experience)
  • 100% Remote
