Now as we grow, we are searching for a new Customer Success Manager in Madrid to join the Customer Success team. Please note this is a temporary contract to cover a maternity leave.

The Customer Success team supports our clients in the adoption, integration and deployment of our digital learning assessment and training solutions within their organization. From onboarding to go live and throughout the customer lifecycle, the Customer Success team works hand in hand with the sales team and Speexx global services to deliver the best customer and user experience.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our customers in the deployment of Speexx solutions within their organization.

What you'll do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing projects. Monitoring and analysis of KPIs, anticipation and identification of customer needs, resolution of customer issues, reporting and proactive monitoring through data analysis.
  • Ensure continuous and proactive monitoring of your customer accounts and implement effective strategies to ensure success and satisfaction at the various stages of the projects.
  • Set up new projects. Consultative approach, technical integration, deployment and follow-up from onboarding to go live and throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the sales team to deliver a high level of service and contribute to the retention and identification of new growth opportunities on your existing accounts (upsell, extend)
  • Build and maintain a relationship of trust with customers in order to sustain our partnerships.
  • Foster the adoption of our solutions and maximize their value among our existing customers.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Speexx teams globally and within different departments (sales, product management, training management, technical specialists)

What we look for

  • +4 years of successful experience in Customer Success oriented to Project Manager and/or in SaaS.
  • Excellent communications skills, both orally and in writing, in Spanish and in English (the mastery of a 3rd language is a real asset).You know how to create an environment of trust with your interlocutors and thus make it possible to sustain your projects over time.
  • Approach based on proactivity and initiative.
  • Committed individual willing to grow projects and maximizing the value of our solutions for your customers.
  • Data-driven mindset and hability to manage your projects strategically.
  • Real team spirit and want to contribute to a common goal.

Nice to have

  • Have an affinity for languages and new technologies.
  • Having an interest in presales is a must, experience in presales is a plus.
