Job Description

About Curoflow

Curoflow is building the operating system for European private healthcare. Our platform gives SME clinics everything they need to run their practice — from digital patient intake and video consultations to EHR, e-prescriptions, lab integrations, and AI-powered clinical support — in a single, CE-marked, GDPR-compliant solution.

We are 25 people today, operating customers across 10 geographic markets and we are getting ready to scale to ~70 employees across 5 core markets — and beyond — within ~18 months.

We Are Hiring Across the Organisation

This job ad is one of many we are releasing simultaneously. We are building multiple teams in parallel — product, engineering, commercial, operations, and leadership — as we enter the most defining chapter in our company’s history.

What Kind of Person We Are Looking For

Let’s keep it simple. Curoflow is a start-up that will be having growth pains — with everything that entails. You will be judged first and foremost by your character. If you are applying for this job thinking it is just any other job, you would be wrong.

We will demand a growth mindset and someone who is deeply committed to our goals. You will be compensated accordingly, but we must stress that we are looking for the type of person whose motivation primarily comes from earning stock options and being part of building a great company.

In return you will get that rare, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that can mark a lifelong memory of what you were part of building.

Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at Curoflow, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers succeed – and stay successful – in their use of our platform. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, driving customer outcomes, and ensuring retention and growth across your accounts. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, product, and onboarding to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to our customers and a key part of their digital journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for many of our customers – proactively building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.

  • Driving onboarding processes and making sure new customers get off to a great start, with clear plans and ongoing support during their first months.

  • Analysing customer data and behaviour to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and growth potential – both for the customer and for us.

  • Managing day-to-day requests while also working strategically to improve long-term outcomes and prevent issues before they arise.

  • Contribute to sales by having prospect meetings and demos as a product specialist, helping bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions.

  • Taking full ownership of your accounts – from demo – onboarding to renewal – and ensuring we consistently deliver value.

  • Continuously contributing to internal development by improving how we work with success, onboarding, feedback loops and internal processes.

To thrive in this role, you need to be proactive, structured, and comfortable taking initiative without being asked. You’ll be expected to manage your own priorities, spot opportunities, and drive change where needed. Your mindset is solutions-oriented, and your motivation comes from creating real results.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding service, but who also enjoys building, optimizing and pushing the status quo forward. If you see yourself as someone who takes full ownership, is comfortable with responsibility, and wants to make a meaningful impact – you’ll likely feel right at home.

Role requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working in healthcare – clinical, administrative, or operational. You understand how care is delivered and how healthcare professionals think.

  • Comfortable working in sales processes like up- and cross-selling, with a commercial and consultative mindset.

  • Highly structured and detail-oriented – you bring order to complexity and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Self-starter with a hands-on attitude. You take full ownership, thrive in change, and actively improve both existing and non-existing processes.

  • Experience from customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, with exposure to retention and customer growth, is considered a valuable plus but not a must.

  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder, fluent in Swedish and English. Additional languages like Danish, Spanish, French or German are a plus.

What We Offer

• Direct involvement in shaping how Curoflow scales across Europe

• The rare opportunity to join a company at its most pivotal moment, where your work has outsized impact

• A product and mission that genuinely matters — we are making healthcare more accessible across Europe

• Equity participation (stock options) post probation period, reflecting the strategic importance of every hire we make

• A collaborative, low-ego culture where people care deeply about what they’re building

• Expected start date: November 2026

Working conditions

  • Full time

  • Location: Stockholm, Glashuset, Slussen

  • Work from home policy: Max 1 day/week

We look forward to your application!
