What You Will Do

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize AWS technologies to enhance customer experiences and streamline processes.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their business goals.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to help clients maximize the value of the company's offerings.
• Advocate for customer needs within the organization to drive product enhancements and service improvements.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2-5 years of experience in account management or customer success within the software development industry.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering measurable results.
• Strong familiarity with AWS and its applications in customer success scenarios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to enhance customer satisfaction.

Preferred

• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Familiarity with AI and security solutions in a B2B context.
• Previous experience in a role focused on customer training and support.

Compensation and Benefits
