At Combo, we're looking for our next Customer Success Manager to take care of our Spanish market.
Spain is a strategic market for Combo. We already have an established local Sales team and a growing customer base. Our next challenge is to continue structuring our Customer Success approach while ensuring our Spanish customers get the support and experience they need to succeed with Combo.
This is a highly hands-on and operational role.
You won't simply manage a portfolio of customers. You'll take ownership of their overall experience: from supporting key accounts to handling day-to-day requests, while also building scalable processes that will allow us to grow.
To check their schedules. Track their hours. Manage their teams.
At Combo, we build HR solutions for companies with deskless teams: restaurants, hotels, retailers, pharmacies, bakeries, sports and leisure businesses, and more.
The adventure started in 2016 with a simple idea: making HR easier for businesses and the people who run them.
Today, thousands of companies across Europe rely on Combo to simplify their day-to-day HR operations.
Our platform brings together the tools teams need every day: scheduling, contract management, payroll preparation, team communication, and productivity tracking.
And we're still growing.
You'll be the main point of contact and advocate for our Spanish customers.
Your mission is simple: help them get the most out of Combo while building a Customer Success approach that can scale with our business.
The role combines Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Care, and continuous improvement.
You'll build strong and trusted relationships with our key accounts and help them get the most value from Combo.
You'll also handle more operational requests from customers with speed, empathy, and pragmatism.
You'll become a key point of contact for our Spanish customers and make sure every interaction with Combo leads to a clear and useful outcome.
Not every customer needs the same level of support.
For our key accounts, you'll provide a more personalised and proactive approach.
For the rest of our customer base, you'll design and implement scalable ways to provide value: webinars, communication campaigns, automated sequences, content, Help Center articles, and more.
The goal? Deliver the right level of support at the right time, without relying exclusively on manual interactions.
You'll identify friction points throughout the customer journey and find practical ways to simplify and automate recurring interactions.
You'll maintain a clear understanding of your customer base.
Product usage, engagement, satisfaction, churn risks: you'll know where to look and how to interpret the signals.
You'll identify potential risks early and implement concrete action plans to prevent churn.
Data quality is essential in this role. Your CRM will be reliable, your customer information up to date, and your tracking rigorous enough to give the wider team a clear view of what's happening.
You'll be close to our Spanish customers.
Their feedback, frustrations, and needs will be valuable insights for the rest of Combo.
You'll structure this feedback and turn it into clear, actionable insights for our Product and Operations teams.
Your role won't simply be to forward customer requests.
You'll help us understand what's really happening on the ground and what our Spanish customers need.
You have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
You've already worked with customers requiring different levels of support and are comfortable combining High Touch and scalable, Low Touch approaches.
You're a natural problem solver.
When something isn't working perfectly, your first instinct is to understand the situation and find a practical solution.
You don't need every process to already exist before moving forward. You're comfortable structuring, testing, and building things.
You're autonomous, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
You care about the quality of your work, especially when it comes to customer follow-up and data. For you, keeping a clean and reliable CRM isn't just a detail.
You're also comfortable with numbers and able to understand topics related to HR or payroll.
And most importantly:
πͺπΈ You're a native or fully fluent Spanish speaker, both written and spoken.
π You're fluent in English, as you'll work daily with your manager and international teams.
π«π· French is a strong plus, but not a requirement.
Because you won't be joining a Customer Success organisation where everything has already been figured out.
You'll have a customer base to support, but also plenty of things to build.
You'll have a real impact on how we support our Spanish customers: improving processes, structuring data, creating playbooks, and testing new approaches.
You'll work closely with our Spanish Sales team while also being part of an international Customer Success organisation.
This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in fast-moving environments, and gets just as much satisfaction from solving a customer problem as from building a process that prevents it from happening again.
π° A gross annual fixed salary between β¬34K and β¬41K, depending on your experience.
And also:
Step 1 β HR Screening (30 min)
A first conversation with Thomas, Talent Acquisition Manager, to get to know each other, tell you more about Combo, and discuss your experience and expectations.
Step 2 β Management Fit (60 min)
A conversation with Estelle, Head of Customer Success, to discuss the role in more detail, your experience, and how you approach Customer Success and customer management.
A practical exercise designed to better understand how you approach real-life situations you could face in the role.
A final meeting at our Madrid office, where you'll get to meet the team and learn more about how we work at Combo.
At Combo, we believe diverse teams make better decisions, build better products, and create stronger companies.
We're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive and grow.
