Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Customer Success Manager with a deep understanding of the 3D printing industry and unparalleled expertise in 3D printing applications. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy and focuses on building robust relationships with potential partners, resellers, and key accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen, technical knowledge, and a genuine passion for ensuring our customers thrive. Their 3D printing expertise will be crucial in offering insightful advice to our customers, ensuring they make the most of our products. Despite the remote nature of the job, our team thrives on unity, and we're looking for someone with a strong team spirit who can seamlessly integrate into our collaborative culture.
Beyond core commercial duties, we expect our CSMs to leverage their individual expertise to drive strategic initiatives within priority verticals alongside their standard responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify, research, and engage with potential customers, including resellers, makerspaces and key accounts within the 3D printing industry, in your region.
Support resellers in pre-sales meetings with key accounts, providing insights, technical knowledge, and tailored solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
Assist in the drafting and submission of tender responses, ensuring they are comprehensive, timely, and tailored to the needs of potential key accounts.
Establish and nurture strong relationships to expand the company's network and influence.
Represent Bambu Lab at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and offerings.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales quotas.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to optimize partnership strategies and opportunities.
Customer Success Management
Develop deep relationships with our partners, understanding their business objectives and aligning our offerings accordingly.
Ensure that both resellers and key accounts derive maximum value from their associations with Bambu Lab.
Respond proactively to customer inquiries, challenges, and feedback, offering solutions or escalating to the appropriate teams as necessary.
Regularly check in with customers to measure satisfaction, collect feedback, and devise strategies to enhance their experience.
Collaborate closely with partners to grasp their challenges, ensuring they are furnished with the knowledge and resources to represent our brand effectively.
Qualifications
Professional fluency in English, French, and Dutch is required.
Proven experience in the 3D printing industry.
Strong proficiency in English, and fluency in at least one other language.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrable ability to drive sales and build impactful business relationships.
Willingness and ability to frequently travel to visit resellers, key accounts, and customers.
A genuine commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
Strong team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a remote setting.
