We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in growing revenue and driving adoption of the Bidease platform through strategic account management and relationship building. You will be responsible for growing current revenue alongside the Sales and Media Buying teams by communicating and working with clients to identify and meet their business objectives to ensure success as they adopt a new platform. From training them on Bidease usage, demand-side platform (DSP) strategy, and optimization, to strengthening client relationships, you’ll become an integral part of your client’s digital strategy.
