Confirma ERP Sweden is now looking for a Customer Success Manager / ERP Consultant to join our team in Växjö.

About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager with us, you will play a central role in our customer projects and long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for implementation projects from start to finish and help customers maximize the value of our platform.
The role combines project management, consulting, and customer development, where you will work both remotely and on-site with customers.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Leading implementation projects from planning to go-live and follow-up
Acting as the customer’s primary point of contact throughout the customer journey
Building long-term and trusted customer relationships
Collaborating closely with developers and technical specialists to find the best solutions for customers
Training and supporting users in the system
Identifying improvement opportunities and helping customers develop their processes
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term customer value
Who Are You?
We believe you are a communicative and solution-oriented person who enjoys taking responsibility and driving projects forward. You thrive in customer dialogue and have the ability to create structure even in complex projects.
We Would Like You to Have
Experience in Customer Success, project management, or consulting roles
Experience leading implementation projects within ERP, SaaS, or business systems
Strong understanding of business processes and customer needs
Ability to communicate technical solutions in a clear and educational way
Experience working independently and closely with customers
Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
Experience with ERP, WMS, or e-commerce platforms
Experience with Extend Commerce ERP or similar systems
Experience in logistics, warehousing, or order flows

The position is based in Växjö with the possibility of hybrid work. Travel to customers is a natural part of the role.
