We are looking for a high-energy, strategically-minded Project and Growth Manager to bridge the gap between ambitious blue-collar business owners and our expert delivery team. In this role, you aren’t just a task manager; you are a marketing consultant and a trusted partner. You will own a "pod" of client accounts, ensuring every SEO campaign, lead-gen strategy, and web build ships on time and delivers measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities

• Pod Ownership: Manage the day-to-day success and retention of a dedicated portfolio of clients.
• Client Translation: Act as the primary bridge between clients and the delivery team, translating business goals into clear, actionable briefs for specialists.
• Onboarding & Relationship Management: Lead a smooth, confidence-building onboarding process for new clients and maintain proactive, responsive communication as their main point of contact.
• Project Oversight: Manage timelines and workflows within ClickUp to ensure all work meets high quality standards and is delivered on schedule.
• Marketing Consultancy: Advise clients across the full digital spectrum, including SEO, Google & Meta Ads, web design, social media, and branding.
• Growth & Reporting: Analyze performance data to track wins, report results in plain language, and identify upsell opportunities that align with client growth goals.

Requirements

• Agency Experience: 2+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client success specifically within a marketing agency environment.
• Digital Marketing Fluency: A strong working knowledge of SEO, paid lead generation (Google & Meta), web design, and social media management.
• Tool Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with ClickUp for project management and CRM tools for client tracking.
• Communication Mastery: Fluent, native-level spoken and written English with the ability to lead confident, high-stakes video calls with North American business owners.
• Consultative Instincts: The ability to look past a task list and identify what will actually move the needle for a client’s bottom line.
• Organizational Excellence: Naturally organized with the ability to juggle multiple accounts, deadlines, and shifting priorities without losing focus.

Nice-to-Haves

• Industry Context: Prior experience working with or for the trades / blue-collar industries.
• Technical Depth: Advanced, deep-dive understanding of SEO algorithms or Meta Ad architecture.
• Sales Background: Previous experience in sales or business development to help facilitate account expansion.
