About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who genuinely enjoys building relationships and takes pride in helping customers succeed. In this role, you will play a central part in supporting CDC’s customers across the full service delivery lifecycle, ensuring their experience with us is seamless, consistent and positive.

This is a highly visible, collaborative role where you will become a trusted partner to our customers and a key connector within CDC. You will work closely with teams across operations, delivery and commercial to bring people together, anticipate needs, manage risks early and deliver outcomes that go above and beyond expectations.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will have end to end ownership of customer satisfaction and the opportunity to continuously improve how we deliver for our customers, strengthening relationships and helping CDC show up at its best every day.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and partners, ensuring a consistent, high quality experience throughout their journey with CDC
  • Work collaboratively across CDC to bring the right teams together and support seamless, well coordinated customer outcomes
  • Strengthen CDC’s presence across multiple customer environments by partnering closely with customer stakeholders and on site teams
  • Support delivery of customer contracts in line with agreed KPIs, helping ensure commitments are clearly understood, tracked and met
  • Coordinate and facilitate monthly business reviews, quarterly operational and security audits, and other customer compliance activities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, including operational matters and coordination of project quotes or proposals
  • Stay connected to industry developments and represent CDC with professionalism, modelling our DNA and leadership fundamentals in every interaction

About you:

You are an experienced service delivery professional who enjoys ownership, thrives in complex environments and takes pride in delivering great outcomes for customers. You bring a calm, structured approach, build trust easily, and are motivated by making things work well, consistently.

  • Solid experience in service delivery and project coordination, ideally within technology or critical environments
  • Extensive experience supporting large or enterprise customers with engagement with leaders and wider internal & stakeholders
  • Demonstrated growth in customer or service management roles, with the confidence to lead conversations and take accountability
  • Strong capability across contract management, SLA management and performance reporting
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non technical stakeholders
  • A solutions focused mindset with strong problem solving ability and attention to detail
  • A genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, taking ownership of outcomes and nurturing long term stakeholder relationships
  • Experience working closely with delivery leads to ensure aligned, consistent communication and progress across active projects

Essential:

Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
